We operate on a simple, transparent cash-based model so your care is centered on you—not insurance rules. Cash pricing means no surprise bills, no rushed visits, and no limits on what services we can provide. Instead of checking boxes for an insurance company, we focus on longer appointments, individualized treatment plans, and real results. You know the cost up front, you get premium one-on-one care, and every decision is made based on what’s best for your body and your goals—not what’s reimbursable.

Services we offer

Movement Screens
$0.00

Movement Screens are structured assessments that evaluate how the body moves as a system—not just where it hurts. By observing posture, joint motion, strength, coordination, and control, these screens reveal movement limitations, asymmetries, and compensation patterns that often lead to pain or injury over time.

Instead of chasing symptoms, movement screening is used to identify the root cause of dysfunction and the weak links in the system. This proactive approach helps prevent injury, guides targeted training and rehabilitation, and empowers individuals to address problems early—before pain becomes the limiting factor.

FRC (Functional Range Conditioning®)
$0.00

Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) is a results-driven system for rebuilding joint health, mobility, and strength by teaching the body to actively control its full range of motion. This approach rejects passive, temporary solutions and instead develops resilient joints through intentional movement, progressive loading, and neurological training.

As a clinician certified in Functional Range Conditioning (FRC) and FR Spine, Dr. Bywater has worked with a wide range of individuals—from everyday patients to high-performing athletes—to create real, lasting change. This model shifts healthcare away from “being fixed” and toward ownership, capability, and long-term durability—empowering people to take responsibility for their movement, their joints, and their health.

IASTM (Scraping)
$0.00

Instrument-Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is a hands-on technique that uses specialized tools to work on muscles, tendons, and connective tissue. The tools allow the clinician to detect areas of tissue restriction and apply controlled pressure to improve tissue quality, reduce stiffness, and restore short-term movement.

In this model of care, IASTM is not a fix—it’s a facilitator. It’s used to prepare tissues for movement, strength, and retraining so the body can adapt and change long term. Real recovery comes from rebuilding capacity through active movement, not from passive treatments alone.

Manual Therapy
$0.00

Manual Therapy is hands-on treatment performed by a clinician using skilled touch to work with joints, muscles, and soft tissue. This may include joint mobilization, soft-tissue techniques, and assisted movement to reduce pain, calm the nervous system, and temporarily improve motion.

In this model of care, manual therapy is not the solution—it’s the setup. It creates a window of opportunity so patients can move better, train better, and load their tissues appropriately. Manual therapy is an important piece in helping your body heal and change all the way down to the cellular level!

Chiropractic Manipulation
$0.00

Chiropractic Manipulation also known as an “adjustment” is a treatment which improves a joint’s ability to function without pain or restriction.

Cupping
$0.00

Cupping Therapy is a hands-on technique that uses suction cups placed on the skin to create a gentle pulling effect on the underlying tissues. This suction helps increase local blood flow, reduce tissue stiffness, and temporarily improve movement in areas that feel tight or restricted. The circular marks that may appear are not bruises, but a normal response that typically fades within a few days.

In this practice, cupping is not a stand-alone treatment or a cure. It’s used as a short-term tool to change how tissues feel and move, creating an opportunity to follow up with active movement and strength work—where lasting recovery and resilience are built

  • We operate as a cash-based or "out-of-network" provider. This allows us to spend 1-on-1 time with you without the restrictions often imposed by insurance companies. We can provide you with a "Superbill" (an itemized receipt) that you can submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement, depending on your out-of-network benefits. Many patients receive reimbursement or have the amount applied to their deductible.

  • Yes! Chiropractic care and physical rehabilitation are generally eligible expenses for Health Savings Accounts (HSA) and Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA). This is a great way to use pre-tax dollars for your recovery.

  • We value your time and Dr. Bywater’s expertise. We require 24 hours' notice for cancellations. This allows us to offer that time slot to another patient in pain. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a fee.

  • Because we don't just treat symptoms. At Red Rock Movement, you are paying for a comprehensive movement strategy. Our pricing reflects the time spent on manual therapy, corrective exercise prescription, and education to ensure you can eventually manage your health without us. Our goal is to empower you, not make you depend on us

  • Actually, in many cases, our model is more cost-effective. While the "out-of-pocket" cost per visit may be higher than a standard insurance co-pay, the total cost of getting you back to 100% is often lower. Here is why:

Fewer Visits Required: The average insurance-based clinic sees patients for 15–20 minutes, 2–3 times a week for several months. At Red Rock Movement, we provide 30-minute, 1-on-1 sessions. Because we focus on teaching you, we often achieve results sooner than other clinics.

Total Transparency: With insurance, you often receive "surprise bills" months later due to deductibles and "non-covered" services or annual visit limits. At our clinic, you know exactly what you are paying on day one. There are no hidden fees or delayed expenses.

Faster Results: We focus on "Doctors don't fix you… YOU do." By giving you the tools, education, and specific corrective exercises to manage your pain at home, we reduce your dependency on the clinic. You aren't just paying for a temporary fix; you are investing in a long-term solution that prevents future relapses (and future costs).

Higher Quality Care: Insurance companies often dictate what "treatment" looks like. By being cash-based, Dr. Bywater has the freedom to use whichever combination of manual therapy, rehabilitation, and sports therapy is actually best for your body, not just what a billing code allows.
